Superstar RP Rulebook

General Rules -

• A working, quality mic is required.
• Your character needs to have a somewhat realistic name, and must not break TOS.
• Players must follow Twitch.tv Terms of Service (TOS) at all times. Click HERE to view them.
• No server disrespect on any plateform. (this included Twitch, Youtube, Reddit, Discord, etc)
• Do NOT argue with staff, do as they ask. You may create a staff report ticket within the discord if needed.
• You are NOT allowed to use any information outside of roleplay to gain an advantage. (this included stream sniping)
• No hatespeach is allowed at all within the Superstar RP community, for both in and outside the server. (this includes racism, toxicity, threats, etc)
• No self-advertisement is allowed, if you would like to promote your stream you may in the correct discord channel.

In-Game Rules -

• RDM (Random Death Match) the act of killing another player with no previous roleplay actions leading up to it. This is not allowed. You must initiate roleplay before you kill another player.
• VDM (Vehicle Death Match) the act of intentionally running over someone with your vehicle or crash into another player’s vehicle on purpose.
• NLR (New Life Rule) applies when you die in any situation and respawn. You cannot remember any of the events that transpired, such as how you died.
• Greenzones, you are not allowed to kill, steal vehicles, or perform any type of exploit in any greenzones.
• Combat logging, when you intentionally leave the server to avoid an oncoming or ongoing roleplay scene. Combat logging is also applied when you purposely leave the server while you are dead.
• Power Gaming the act of abusing in-game mechanics to benefit yourself. (e.g. running into a greenzone to protect yourself)
• RP accordingly, this included "fail rp" and "fear rp", you must rp the situation you are in, you should not do something you wouldn't do in the real world.
• You cannot steal a police vehicle, unless for a rp reason.
• Do not impersonate anyone outside of RP. (this means acting as an owner, manager, staff, etc)
• Do not break rp unless absolutely necessary.
• Do not wear clothing that is not yours - e.g, gang or personal clothing, etc.
• Do not speak whilst you are dead, unless being assisted by a staff member.
• No exploiting of any kind. (this included animations, blindfiring, and ghost peeking)
• KOS (Kill on sight) is not allowed on this server, unless inside of an active turf war.
• You must change your clothes upon registration.
• Do not mention rules during an active RP scene, instead make a report and wait for a staff member.

Robbery Rules -

• You can only rob or scam for a MAXIMUM of $100,000. (this may vary if the player is in a gang)
• You CANNOT rob any brand new player, let everyone join and enjoy the server before robbing them.
• Store & Bank Robberies, maximum of 4 people are allowed inside the store for store robberies. One outside shooter is also allowed. Only one hostage. With bank robberies and icebox, the same rules apply but you can have up to 6 inside instead. If you are robbing a store / bank and lspd does not show up to the scene within the time limit of the store robbery, you are allowed to leave with the stolen money / jewels. If lspd does arrive on scene within the time frame, it will be considered rdm to shoot at them without proper initiation. If lspd announces that they are breaching, they will count down from 10, and once that countdown is over that is considered initiation. You can’t rob another store for 10 minutes if you die.

Initiation Rules -

• Once you initiate with someone, it is active for 2 minutes. After this time, you must re-initiate. In regards to initiation, the victim must act first. For example, if you aim at someone, you cannot do anything until the victim makes a move. As soon as they make a move, such as trying to shoot you, you can respond in any way necessary.
• Aiming at someone is initiation.
• Disrespecting someone or there gang is initiation. (e.g. nameK, gangK, etc)
• Running someone over is initiation if done more than once.
• Punching someone more than once is initiation.
• Shooting at a vehicle / vehicle’s tires is initiation.
• Stealing someone’s vehicle is initiation.
• Commanding someone to do something or they die is initiation.
